Reese just climbed up 4 stairs!
When I noticed what she was doing I went over and stood behind her and watched to see how far she would or could go. She got to stair 4 and then tried to turn around and started laughing. I had to catch her from falling backwards.
My little 7 month old is fearless...
I have no one to blame but me...she definitely gets her daring fearlessness from the Nordfelt genes.

I'm an anti-gate parent. I feel if you can just teach them to go down it is better. just keep telling her to 'turn around', then turn her around and pull her legs so she slides on her belly. It took about 2-3 days of doing that with Savannah and she learned. Then I am not paranoid when we visit other homes that do not have gates. Just a suggestion.
congrats on entering the climbing stage though.
