Despite the rainy chilly weather, we ventured to Salt Lake's Liberty park with our friends the Gardner's. Reese enjoyed some playground fun, her first paddle boats, and a picnic. Unfortunately we didn't get to run in the water like we'd hoped...unless you count running through the rain to the car.
We still had a good time though!

The swings are still a favorite!
The paddle boats were fun for a few minutes. Reese wasn't a fan of her life jacket...I don't blame her. Then our boat started leaking...so we headed back to the shore.

We'll all have to do the Liberty Park thing again when the weather is more cooperative. We got rained on during the river trip too. Not one ray of sunshine until the boats were packed up that day. It was still fun fun fun.
