The House

Yesterday Arnold and I made an offer on a house in Rexburg! We couldn't believe that we found one that we both fell in love with...but we did. Today the offer was accepted! We are so excited!!!

Stats:
6 Bedrooms
3 bathrooms
2 1/4 garage - 1/2 of it goes back for a little storage area perfect for lawn mower, snow blower etc. It also has built in shelving.
3200 total sqft.

When I have more time, I'll write the story about how we got this house...but for now here are the pictures!

It's nice that the landscaping is already put in. It's a bit over grown and needs a good weeding, but it's been vacant for the last 3 months.

Front door from the inside. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but it's a large 4 foot door.


This is the view from the front entry way, if you were were to turn and face left. The first door on the left is the laundry room, the door to the right is a large/coat storage closet. The door straight ahead goes to the garage. If you go all the way back and turn right, it will go to the kitchen.


Laundry room! I love that it has a sink. Also behind the door to the left is an entire wall of cupboards for storage.

Master Bedroom


Master Closet...It's so huge. The pictures don't do it justice. Arnold and I were both drooling.





I didn't take any pictures of the master bath, but it is the same decor as this one, only it has dual sinks and mirrors. This one would be the girls upstairs.


Bedroom 1 upstairs - this will be Reese's room.

I didn't get a picture of the window in Bedroom 2 upstairs (Anni's room), but this is the closet.


Downstairs family room/media room. It is huge! I'm actually standing about 1/3 of the way into it. There's another window. The wall straight ahead is begging for Arnolds theater screen.


Downstairs Bedroom 1. I didn't get a picture but it has a huge walk in closet, the same size as the master.

I didn't get pictures but there's also a bathroom down with these two bedrooms. It looks a lot like the upstairs bathroom. Also, on the other side of the family room is another huge room. Almost as big as these two combined. It doesn't have a closet and we think it probably should have been a storage room, so we will probably use it as a storage room/ office.

We are so in love with this house. We don't particularly love the color scheme, so we will be doing some painting before we move in, but other than that it has everything we were looking for!!
