Reese's first Halloween. One night a ballerina, the next a Harley Biker Chick. She's already very well rounded. :)
She had a hat, but wouldn't wear it. She doesn't like hats.

Cindy's a natural...she put Reese right to sleep.

Time is passing so quickly...
Time seems to be passing so quickly. This week Reese will be 7 weeks old. As her 2 month birthday draws near I'm realizing how fast her life is already passing. That being said, I can hardly remember what our life was like without her. Although I am remembering a lot more sleep :) Anyway, I thought I'd mention some of the milestones that Reese has experienced in the last couple of weeks.
1. Reese left the state for the first time and went to Idaho to visit Grandpa and Grandma Nordfelt. She slept the whole way. She's a good little traveler. While in Idaho she got to meet her Great Grandma Woolf and her Great Aunts Valerie and Linda. She also went out to dinner for the first time to Gringo's in Rexburg. She loved the formula there, it tasted just like home :)
2. Reese got to go to her first Halloween party. Some friends in the neighborhood had a Halloween party and Reese partied with all the grownups. She even got to stay up past her bedtime.
3. Reese slept through the night for the first time!!! Yea!!! Since about week 3 Reese has been giving us a good 5-6 hours of straight sleep a night but this last Saturday Reese slept from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. That's 8.5 hours. You go little Reese. Unfortunately the next night she was back to 6 hours, but I'm hopeful that she's well on her way to giving mommy more sleep very soon.
4. Reese went to all 3 hours of church and got to wear her first dress (pictures below). Reese made it through an entire Sunday. This was a milestone for mommy too. She hasn't been to all 3 hours of church in months. It was really nice.

Reese & Friends
First I have to start by giving a big thank you to my neighbor Emily for throwing me a neighborhood baby shower. It was originally scheduled for September 9th, but a couple hours before the shower I got the call to head to the hospital to be induced. We finally were able to get together last week and it was so much fun. We have a great neighborhood with so many wonderful friends. Reese already has several friends as well. Here's a picture with a couple of them.
From left to right; Brooklyn Wood, Cohen Vohs, & little Reese. Cohen and Reese were born just 3 days apart. His mommy, Lisa, and I were in the hospital together. Also as a funny side note, Brooklyn is 2 months older than Cohen and Reese but I think they both have her beat in size. She's the cutest little petite thing.
I know, I know...I'm no photographer...please don't judge.

Reese is starting to babble
Over the last week or so Reese has been slowly discovering she has a voice that can be used for more than crying.

Bath Time...
Both Arnold and I love the water. So we've always talked about how important it is for our kids to love the water too. Well, no worries with Reese, she already loves bath time. Hopefully that sticks and we can slowly progress to the pool. She does smile, I just can't seem to catch it with the camera.
P.S. We kept the pictures modest for the internet. :)

Request for visitors...
So I know I'm going to sound pathetic, but I sending out a request for visitors this week. Tomorrow Arnold leaves on a buisness trip and he won't be back untill late saturday night. I'm afraid I might go a little crazy all by myself with only a 4 week old to talk to. So if anyone would like to come and visit, Reese and I would welcome the company. Especially in the evening, as that's when Reese is wide awake and ready to play.
